Plumbing has begun! We were told our pool would be a one day plumbing job... this is not the case. The plumbers did complete all the work "in" the pool so the steel company can start on Monday. The plumber still has a little more work to do around the equipment.
Also... Once steel is in, the plumber does need to come back to tie in some of their items to the steel. It is like trying to direct a play... Lots of inter dependencies between trades. I am starting to understand why it takes a while to build a pool. It is hard enough to get on a trade's schedule... getting on the schedule multiple times is a real challenge. Hand-offs is where you lose all your time.

Our neighborhood has a lot of work going on! It looks like our neighbors were having rock delivered. Their yard is looking great.
It is hard to tell from the picture, but Jon Connor took his tablet outside. He kept playing music so the crew would have something to listen to.

Yes... we went with the in-floor cleaning system.
The two pipes sticking up on the left will be waterfalls.
Hot tub... This is one of the areas that will be completed after steel.
