Three days before Christmas we had our pre-drywall walk-through with the Pulte construction manager. We pointed out a couple things like twisted studs and one or two missing electrical outlets. They marked things up with pink paint and then we were done.
Being an engineer, Monika has stayed on top of the builder every step along the way and I think the build quality of the house is even higher that what is normal for Pulte. (It is good to be married to an engineer.)
In the coming weeks, insulation will be blown in and then drywall will be put up. According to the construction schedule, our projected closing date is around March 13... That would be an awesome birthday present for me!
