As I am sure is the case with most people, the second Monika and I brought little Buffy home we went out and bought all kinds of stuff for her. Puppy toys, leashes, treats, etc... We really went a little crazy with the toys. We know there will be a time that Buffy starts to chew on everything and would like to teach her early on that toys are what she should be chewing. Not the furniture or the TV.
So with the floor and backyard littered with all kinds of puppy toys... What are her favorite toys? An aluminum can, a plastic bottle, a plastic flower pot (what they come in when you buy them at home depot), and a stick we found while walking one day... The toys we bought for her? Nope... no interest. Figures...
Oh... and she seems a little too interested in my iPhone... That is not going to end well for me.
