Little bit 'o everything...

As the blur that was my weekend finally went away and I got some focus, I realized it was Monday.  Where did the weekend go?!  That seems to happen more often than not as the date of our wedding gets closer.  We are inside two months now....

Friday Monika and I met a couple buddies(buddy 1 - buddy 2) from GA for dinner at the Border Grill in Mandalay Bay.  The food was great and the company outstanding.  I hate to think it will be a year again before we can share a relaxed drink.  

Saturday was one of those rare days that I came into the office.  I had a demo Monday (later today actually) that I wasn't ready for, so I put in almost a full day in the office on Saturday.  It is amazing how much work I can get done when there is nobody else in the office.  No really... it is AMAZING.

Saturday evening Monika and I needed to relax.  This meant a quick dinner at MiMi's Cafe followed by watching "The Bank Job" from our sofa.  I think Monika enjoyed a short nap during the slower part of the movie.  Movie was really nothing spectacular.  I enjoyed it, but wouldn't watch it again.

Sunday we met with the gentleman who will be officiating our wedding.  He is a pastor from a local non-dom church here in Vegas.  Super nice guy.  I have complete faith in his abilities.  :-)  Then we did a little shopping, little dinner, little house cleaning... little taking out the garbage... then I was asleep by 8:30.  When I write about it, it doesn't really seem like I did much, but the time sure did fly by.

Oh well... there is your weekend update.  Counting down the days until College Football starts.
