Every once in a while something will come along and make me smack my head thinking "WHY DIDN'T I THINK OF THAT?!" Such an event has happened again. Poop Freeze is just a genius invention if it really does what the product claims. I *might* even consider getting a dog again. The thought of having to pick up a steaming pile of "stuff" in a plastic bag is just not a sacrifice I was willing to make.POOP FREEZE for easy waste pick-up.

I will upgrade Cox (or Time Warner for that matter) to "good" customer service ONLY when my wait window for new installation is 1 hour. As long as they have 4 hours window, they will remain BAD!
